Shipping
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, once your payment is confirmed.

Some heavy or oversized items do not qualify for free shipping because of their size and weight. Where that applies, the shipping charge is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Who delivers
Australian orders are sent with Australia Post Standard, Australia Post Express or StarTrack FPP.
Parcels do not require a signature by default. If you would like one, add a note at checkout. High-value items automatically require a signature regardless.
We deliver to P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers anywhere in Australia.
Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships. Tracking is also available in your account.
If your order has not arrived 14 business days after your shipping confirmation, email [email protected] with your name and order number and we will chase it.
International
We ship internationally with Australia Post Standard or Express to Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Fiji, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Malaysia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States and Vanuatu.
International shipping is calculated at checkout. Import duties and taxes, including VAT, are charged when the parcel reaches your country and are the recipient's responsibility — they are not included in what you pay us.
For international orders, allow 45 business days before contacting us about a missing parcel.
